Although, he was previously known by the stage name Buju, he is an Afro-fusion singer, songwriter, and record producer who has made a significant impact in the industry. Since rising to fame, BNXN (formerly known as Buju) has captured the hearts of fans both within Nigeria and beyond.

BNXN, whose real name is Daniel Benson, hails from Akwa Ibom State but was born and raised in Lagos on May 19, 1997.

Before relocating to Mowe in Ogun State, he lived in the Gbagada area of Lagos. BNXN attended Emerald Ridge High School for his secondary education and later pursued a degree in Theatre Arts at Babcock University.
